Second Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo in the hands of Jan Sandmann confirmed for Gulf ProCar

German driver Jan Sandmann is the next Dragon Racing member who is confirmed for the upcoming Gulf ProCar season in his Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo.

After being very active in Ferrari track days, he decided to join the previous Gulf ProCar season at the Dubai Autodrome on 25 February to get his first taste of car racing. This was Round 5 and then went on competing Round 6 at Yas Marina Circuit, plus the traditional season ending Gulf ProCar Enduro race again at Dubai Autodrome. Jan was able to collect several podium places in his debut year. 

Jan commented: “Yes that’s correct. I have done several Ferrari track days and then this year I decided to go racing and that was in February at Dubai Autodrome. I was able to compete the last three races of the Gulf ProCar season which was a great experience. I moved to Dubai recently and happy to confirm I will be able to do the full season.”

First race of the Gulf ProCar season is at Yas Marina Circuit on 28 October 2023 but there will be official pre-season tests at Yas Marina Circuit on 10 October and then at Dubai Autodrome on 12 and 19 October.
